I have finally gotten one of my most passionate web sites together and here it is — MegaBBQ.com! In the coming posts and pages you will find anything and everything having to do with barbequing.
Coming from a culinary background (and spending a few years working at a BBQ establishment), I feel I can be of great help to a lot of folks out there. From the rookie to novice and pro grillers, I hope I can shed some light on techniques, tools and recipes. Not just limiting MegaBBQ to those, because I am sure there will be more. Lots more!
